I will respond as soon as possible to begin to learn a little more about your project and to be able to specify more details.

What is the management of my total budget?

Your total budget includes the project (my fees), the execution of the reform (construction team labor) and all materials and equipment (suppliers and purchases). Each one charges their part independently, within this total budget.

I will manage the communication, contracts, times and orders with each part (you will always be informed of everything) and you will make the payments as the time comes.

I will need to know what the total budget is from the beginning, to design the project knowing its limits and possibilities and how much we can invest in its design.

Can a project be designed remotely?

Yes, virtually all project planification is done remotely behind the screen, so design can be done without a problem.

I would not make visits or construction management, therefore in the execution phase of the work, it would have to be carried out by another part, hiring a construction team on your own that follows the project guidelines.

For my part you would have all the documentation of the project ready and facilitated for its realization.

How long can it take reform?

The preparation of the project, it can last between 6-14 weeks depending on the complexity of the same. More, once written and presented the project, the time it takes for the local administration to grant the permits and licenses for its execution.

The duration of the construction work will be determined by the construction team according to the requirements, complexity, rhythms and setbacks of the project.
